The aim of this hands-on course is to learn about up-to-date applications in tooth and root surface debridement, supra- and submucozal peri-implant surface cleaning which form the basis of non-surgical periodontal/peri-implant treatment. During the training the participants will be using Dürr Dental Vector device on special jaw models. The training will focus on two different ultrasonic technologies and correct tip selection in various conditions. 

This workshop will guide participants through every essential step of the modern composite restoration process. It begins with transparent matrix preparation, ensuring optimal contour and adaptation for seamless restorations. Participants will then focus on accurate shade selection to achieve natural, lifelike esthetics. The session continues with the guided injectable technique, allowing for precise placement and control of composite materials. Attention will also be given to proper light curing and finishing to ensure durability and smooth surface quality. Finally, the course will cover final adjustments and polishing, refining the restoration to perfection both functionally and aesthetically.

This session focuses on refining efficiency and precision in posterior composite restorations. It begins with simplified adhesion, ensuring reliable bonding and minimizing complexity in the adhesive steps. Participants will then learn how to optimize workflow through single bulk material insertion, reducing layering time without compromising quality. The training continues with streamlined occlusal modeling and sculpting, where techniques for natural anatomy creation are demonstrated. Finally, emphasis is placed on light curing and final finishing, achieving a durable, esthetic, and highly polished restoration ready for long-term clinical success.

Elimination the wedge in direct composites can in some instances be exactly what you need to achieve the optimal anatomi you are aiming for and avoiding the struggle and pain when the wedge keeps invading your restorative space. It's not easy, but with a very simple, precise and specific protocol it can be done - it's a game changer! Rubberdam inversion, Bioclear matrix, teflon-cord and the right skills you can restore even the deepest areas without compromise.

In the workshop we will cover both class II and, more interestingly,  deep class V direct restorations. The focus of the workshop is to firstly practice restoring deep cervical lesions and restoring a natural and perio-surgery ready direct restoration. Before we get to composite we will practice some tips and tricks on how to isolate a deep cervical lesion. We will shortly discuss polishing protocols and how to save time while polishing. Once we will be done with the Class V we will continue with occlusal anatomy, and how to add unique details so every premolar is unique.

Šio praktinio užsiėmimo metu bus aptariami svarbiausi skaitmeninio darbo etapai, pradedant skenavimo kūnų bei skenavimo technikos pasirinkimu ir tęsiant tikslių implantų koordinačių perkėlimo įgūdžių tobulinimu. Dalyviai susipažins su v/ž ir a/ž bedančių žandikaulių skenavimo ypatumais, išmoks atpažinti bei išvengti dažniausiai pasitaikančių klaidų. Bus demonstruojami metodai, kaip tiksliai atlikti sąkandžio aukščio fiksavimą atstatant tik vieną žandikaulį, taip pat aptariamos subtilybės, kai reikia atkurti abu žandikaulius, siekiant maksimalios funkcijos ir estetikos.

Šis praktinis užsiėmimas skirtas odontologams ir dantų technikams, norintiems pagilinti žinias naujausiose dantų spalvos nustatymo ir atkūrimo technologijose.
